We're building real two-factor authentication with per-account authenticator secrets and login-time code verification. We didn't want to ship a toggle that looks like 2FA but doesn't actually protect your account, so this page will go live the moment the real thing is ready.
In the meantime, use a strong, unique password. You can change it anytime in Settings → Change Password.
